The OECD iLibrary: About the OECD iLibrary

A guide outlining the features available through the Department's OECD iLibrary subscription.

The Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) is an intergovernmental organization comprised of 38 member countries that works to develop standards relating to social, economic, and environmental challenges. The OECD was founded in 1961 with the aim of encouraging economic progress and world trade. More information about the OECD is available at https://www.oecd.org/about.

The OECD iLibrary is a comprehensive database that provides access to OECD publications. Content includes eBooks, papers, and statistics, and all material is available online. Contents are organized around 17 themes that include economics, education, employment, energy, environment, finance and investment, governance, social issues, and taxation. Resources for each theme are added regularly to provide up-to-date information on current issues. Apart from OECD-authored publications, the iLibrary also includes content published by the International Energy Agency (IEA), the Nuclear Energy Agency (NEA), and the International Transport Forum (ITF).

The OECD iLibrary: How to Access

The OECD iLibrary is available to all Finance employees. Employees can access the iLibrary from the database section of the Library's Inventory of Online Resources, which can be found on the library website.
