The Bloomberg Terminal: Key Functions
A guide to using the Bloomberg Terminal. Includes information on account set up, key functions, and available data.
About Functions
Functions provide analysis and information on securities, sectors, and regions. Each function is associated with a mnemonic. To access a function, type in the corresponding mnemonic and press the <GO> key. If you do not know the mnemonic, you can access the function by typing a keyword into the command bar at the top of the screen. As you type, Bloomberg will provide a list of suggested functions. Select the function you want to use from the list provided.
